Shared some of my learnings and insights on managing multi-campus operations at the Higher Education Leader's Conclave.
This 30-minute talk covers a wide range of perspectives, from defining a clear and simple vision and purpose for everyone; to centralised and decentralised decision-making; to the use of technology in education; to the various attributes that contribute to the culture of an organisation, including transparency, communication, ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
Farhad Sir, your thoughts on multi-campus leadership truly opened my eyes to look at leadership from a completely different perspective. It made me realise that leadership is not just about managing multiple campuses, but about creating a shared vision, maintaining consistency, empowering teams, and ensuring that every campus moves forward together.
