Who said you have to be a poet,

To know how to rhyme,

Rhymers you’ll get a plenty,

‘Dollars by the dime’.

The way one goes about it,

Making a big show,

Using the silliest words,

To maintain status quo.

“Her sparkling eyes,

Her dazzling smile …”

I get ya’ point fella’

… so she had style!

And then they use some language,

That ain’t defined at all;

“Yonder, I beckon thee” …

To give a call, across the wall!!

So folks, I’ll leave you now,

To speculate and ponder,

(In other words, I’ll leave you now,

Before I make a blunder !!!)
